Clinton lied under oath to a congressional committee. She destroyed evidence that was under subpoena.
The DOJ is sitting on that too. Congress forwarded the proper request for DOJ action months ago.

Taking government mandated tax breaks available to everyone is not illegal. Talk to your representative if you have a problem with it. Lying under oath and mishandling classified information is, on the other hand, illegal.
