How is it possible that Arizona and Michigan haven't finished counting yet?

I think they stopped counting, after it was clear that Trump has won. Waste of time.

Would stopping the count after a trump victory was clear conveniently give her the popular vote also?

Or at least give it to her long enough to start riots and make s CNN talking point?

Well, I suppose. That is probably why Ca. finished counting.Entertainment industry all being linked together and all that.It was clear that Trump had won the electoral votes in Az. and Mi.,and that is the only thing that matters. Those states don't much give a frick about the TV stuff.
