One thing I believe he was very sincere in was in the transfer of power. That was cool

George W Bush's team gave Obama one of the smoothest transfers of Power ever.
The Clintons treated GW like crap when they left the White House and made the Transition extremely difficult.

The General Accounting Office, an investigative arm of Congress, said today that ''damage, theft, vandalism and pranks did occur in the White House complex'' in the presidential transition from Bill Clinton to George W. Bush. The agency put the cost at $13,000 to $14,000, including $4,850 to replace computer keyboards, many with damaged or missing W keys.

Some of the damage, it said, was clearly intentional. Glue was smeared on desk drawers. Messages disparaging President Bush were left on signs and in telephone voice mail. A few of the messages used profane or obscene language.

(Just think... This was the same group of vindictive people that half of the country voted for)

Bush ordered his team to make it as smooth as possible. Even Obama and all the Democrats have complemented GW and his administration on what a great help they were.

Because of that I believe Obama will do likewise.

I'll reserve judgment for now.

He was full of horseshite when speaking of respect of presidency. Cavuto pointed this out very succinctly.

my lord, and you actually believe anything he said.

You can say that about 99% of politicians. And I know he's a big progressive and I oppose his policies, but saying those words means something during this transition period. I can give him credit for doing it well.

He realizes W set the gold standard, especially after the way the Clinton tards handled it previously. He knows that he will be judged by how he acts. He's not stupid.

Plus, for all his political disasters, I never thought him to be a terrible human being. Whereas, Bill and Hillary are not even human
