This week has seen a slew of blowout earnings surprises
Amazon blew it out
Caterpillar did too
87% of S&P 500 companies reporting results beat Wall Street forecasts. The average beat is 24%. Both are the largest ever recorded.
All very good news.
The only concern Is how Wall Street treats earnings a year from now. Expectations should be tempered.

Isn't this mostly based on what the actual companies release?
Side question...anyone know if a website that has a good earnings release calendar to look at?
