They are calorie counting for you. You can save some cash with meal preping and some research.

Plus some of the food is pretty high density in calories so portions can be quite small. You'll likely be hungry a lot.

It’s an easy fix and a waste of money. If you are at the point where you are considering it, you are probably just dealing with a calories in calories out issue. Learn to eat right and exercise. It’s ok if you dont know how but there are thousands of apps and youtube videos to get you started for free. You can do it with knowledge and self determination.

Keto/low carb is the way to go. I do intermittent fasting also and have so much energy. Love it.

I did it for a year and lost 100 pounds. At that point in time my relationship with food was awful and I didn't know where to begin. It helped me a lot. I also used to buy nutrisystem gift cards from Costco ($80 for a $100 gift card) and that helped with the cost. That said, that was like 5 years or so ago so I'm not sure what may have changed since then.

Food wasn't great, but wasn't terrible. I had my favorites that I ate a lot of. It made things really easy and simple. They take the thinking out of everything for the most part and as long as you actually follow the plan then it will probably work.

There's no right or wrong way to lose weight, do what works for you if it's successful!

99% of the human population would do great doing these simple things:

Eat shite not in a box/package
Quit drinking for a month

You don't need to pay Nutrisystem or any other food service.
