CFP Scenario

Assuming everyone wins out..and Oregon and Utah meet up as 1 loss teams.
Scenario 1:
1)LSU (Can't deny us #1 after beating #4 UGA)
2)Ohio State
3)Clemson
4)Oregon or Utah
-We meet up in Atlanta and those boys will be far away from home. The Peach bowl is purple and yellow from top to bottom..we win convincingly sending us to the National Championship.
Oklahoma will not get in unless someone else ends up with 2 losses. The committee doesn't think highly of Oklahoma and that win against Baylor was ugly. They also weren't high on a undefeated Baylor team, so that win is not going to boost them. They have both Utah and Oregon already ranked ahead.
Scenario 2: We somehow lose to UGA, which I don't see happening
1)Ohio State
2)Clemson
3)UGA
4)LSU
We make it over Oregon/Utah, and Oklahoma simply because we are the better team, we've played a better schedule, and won several top 10 matchups. Our 1 loss would be better than theirs also.
We meet up with Ohio state in Atlanta I believe. Closer to their home and they will choose this stadium because of the turf also, rather than playing on grass at the fiesta bowl. (It's a different feel playing on for those who don't think it matters). The bayou boys rise to the occasion and Joe Burrow will air it out. We can always count on our defense to get a stop or two more and we capitalize. Justin Fields first time playing a talented defense this season and Ohios first time facing an offense like ours. Chase Young a factor? I don't think so. We aren't 1 dimensional.
What's your take/prediction? Do you agree?

I like scenario 1. Let Clemson and Ohio State play first instead of having to play them both. :)

My take is that you need to learn more about Chase Young. He's an elite run defender as well and the fact that he's on the field makes your offensive line have one-on-one matchups across the rest of the line. Or a team could be silly enough to try to block him one-on-one all game (ala Wisconsin).

He plays against the most talented defense in college football every day at practice.
I hope we get to see the matchup.

I'm not so sure we'd be in over a one-loss conference champ, particularly Oregon who, in the scenario you describe, would've won 12 straight games. Also, I think that the media would be pushing hard to keep us out.

What a terrible take. You can’t be that stupid

Dude, even with a loss to UGA in the SECCG LSU is a LOCK for the CFP.
You people need to get a grip, you'd swear beating a team buy three touchdowns is causing the world to fall apart.

no one seems to care for some reason, but tOSU has 3 straight top 15 games coming up:
#9 Penn State
@ #15 Michigan (may be higher)
Big 10 Champ vs the winner of #11 Minnesota vs #13 Wisconsin (the winner would be top 10 most likely)
None of those games they should lose, but to have them in back-to-back-to-back weeks could cause them to trip up.

I can’t recall a team letting hits fly on the QB at practice, so no no lol. 1 thing is for sure, OSU won’t be the best defense we’ve faced all year if the matchup happens @Auburn

I noticed but this was just based on assuming each team wins out. These coming weeks will be telling. It feels great knowing we have made it through our rough patch. Time to execute the last 2
