A gamble is going all in before a clinical trial or fda decision. There might be 10 cents of upside left in pre market trading.
The only gamble at this point would be to short it hoping that the board declines the offer.
The only other opportunity I see is a ton of profit taking and a quick dip to get in, but still, the ask should be eaten up at every chance.

I see what you mean now. It’s still roughly 30% below the offered price so ot looks like there will still be a premium left in pre market trading.
Long term, even if the deal falls through, you know they can probably fetch $2 eventually.

The more I discover about this stock the more I see how 1.80 could be rejected.
