And, again, if they weren’t hypocrites, they would pass their own version of a mandate for themselves. ETA: they have a majority in both houses

C’mon man. Follow the science

Congress doesn’t need it

Just for information, it's not necessarily an exemption. Biden doesn't have the power to do that, what with coequal branches of government and whatnot. Biden's order applies to employees of the executive branch, but he can't mandate the legislative branch (or the judicial for that matter).

I still think a mandate is fricking ridiculous.

Or the USPS, or any of the other protected groups they’ll exempt for political reasons.

It’s complete and utter bullshite and unconstitutional and completely anti freedom

The USPS employs about 1/4 of federal employees, many of whom are of a demographic that are largely refusing to take the vaccine. If they wanted to implement the mandate on USPS, they would, but this is 100% politics.

It's a lame excuse. If he can get the CDC to decree an eviction moratorium and the Dept. of Labor/OSHA to decree a vaccine mandate, he can certainly get the postmaster general to decree a vaccine mandate.

Did he decree the eviction moratorium? I thought that was pretty early on in 2020.

I’m legit asking

And Pelosi says it’s a “matter of privacy” to not be able to ask LOL.

100% of House dems are vaccinated. They've advertised that fact for months. It's her GOP colleagues who have used the "matter of privacy" argument so, in essence, she's covering for you guys.

Sorry, Dems in both the House and the Senate are at 100%

Yes he does, under global pandemic emergency use. Then the co-equal other 2 branches have to go on record after 30 days and strike it down, the operative phrase being "on record." I see someone forgot the famous scene with Joe Pesci in With Honors.

The mandate will not happen...it is unconstitutional and arbitrary...and will be held up in court for months...
