Black Mesa Golf Club

Between Santa Fe and Taos. Good desert golf course. Staff is very accommodating. Scenery is very good.

Black Mesa will be the best course for the money you may ever play. Very rustic. The back nine is very scenic and unique.

It is extremely difficult though, especially if you have not played there before.

Cochiti is much easier and scenic also but is hit or miss on conditions.

I think driving to Sandia (far north side of ABQ) is worth it. Always in immaculate condition with nice amenities.

Not sure exactly your flight schedule/city but Pako Ridge is 40 min from Abq and I think is in the top 50 courses you can play and the top in the state.

Paa Ko is super nice but $225 a round.

Paa Ko is better than Black Mesa but not close if $ matters.

Recently played Santa Fe Country Club. Fun layout and was in immaculate condition.
