Solar panels for boat house

Can anyone recommend me a solar panel kit that would power some lights, and a 1200kw boat hoist? It gets full sunlight, no trees will shade it. I would like to do it myself but any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Least expensive would be a solar charger, deep cycle battery, and an inverter.

I am entertaining doing the exact same thing with hoist, lights and battery charger. Hopefully someone else on here has done the same thing and can recommend if solar is worth it over running power.
