He played ss and pitched and was Alexandria's cleanup batter for 3 years....kid could straight tear the leather off the ball...I'm not surprised he got a nice hit....

I was going to say usually pitchers are good athletes but many of the best aren’t which is kind of weird. There are some guys in college that could probably hit pretty well. Everyone knows Mark McGwire was a pitcher in college. Also Babe Ruth.

He hit an oppo nuke against my team when we were playing in HS. Im pretty sure the ball went through the goal post on the football field.
