How Open is New Orleans?

I am going to be in New Orleans for work for a few weeks. How open are things? Restaurants? Bars? Aquarium? Zoo?

Bars are outside only. Restaurants are open. Everything closes at 11:00, which is fine for many but if you are looking to rip it up, try again in the summer/fall.

You can have a good time getting out of the quarter and going to places like Wrong Iron, Bayou Beer/Wine Garden, Tchopyard, etc for drinks.
City Park is a great place to go waste some time and they even have a Cafe Du Monde.

No indoor music clubs right now. The good news is that you can find good but socially distanced tables at most of the top restaurants.

Zoo and Aquarium are open but you’ll need to purchase tickets in advance. The Aquarium is only letting a certain number of people in at a time so get there when it opens so you won’t be waiting in a line outside.
