Just saw this ad in the morning paper that Rouses has whole USDA Choice briskets on sale for $1.99 lb. At that price, they will be untrimmed, but still a hell of a deal.

Hell of a deal if you want to smoke one this weekend.

I gave up smoking 19 years ago now and went cold turkey from a pack and a half a day habit.

I've never seen one with bones----but they do always have a big fat cap when sold untrimmed and you can expect to lose about 3 or more lbs. in weight depending on how close you trim off the fat cap.
