I go long sleeve polo, my thicker quarter zip, pants with rain pants over them and a beanie. I have footoys cold gear gloves but they’re too thick and don’t feel like normal gloves. Hand warmers in pockets or mittens work better
To me what will affect my play the most is if my hands get too cold and I lose feel

I wore a sweater with a lightweight vest this morning.
Vests work great because they don’t limit arm movement, and are easily removed/stored if it gets too hot.

They were more like luke warm hands this morning.

I keep them in my pockets and I put my gloves in there too along with a couple balls. Full pockets but everything stays warm enough for me.
