While Trump can bring some of this up, I also think he does need to spend time explaining his policies. In other words, it’s possible for Trump to spend too much time on Hunter Biden tonight. Let Joe get confused during Joe’s two minutes, and then Trump can look sharp during his own two minutes by giving decent explanations of his admin’s policies and what they are doing on the various issues.

Agreed. I stated this in another thread.

We know Trump’s policies - we know they work. Democrats know they work (that’s why they block them)

Trump needs to go FULL ON drain the swamp from here on out through 2024 or we all are screwed in 4 years anyway.

Yeah, because we are on a political message board everyday and are aware of the daily happenings. Not everyone is. I’m just saying, he could do himself good by being able to explain his own policies in a more concise, coherent way than Biden can. I’m not saying the Hunter Biden stuff shouldn’t be brought up at all, Trump just doesn’t need to put all of his time into just that.

That’s such a low bar, Trump shouldn’t even bother. Trump needs to break Biden tonight.

He absolutely needs to bring it up often. There will be a lot of people watching tonight that will be hearing about it for the first time. The more people that can be informed tonight and do their own research into it the more it will spread.

That’s something that people who are already Trump voters want to see. But I think there are voters out there who want to hear about what’s being done on X issue. Trump can win some of those people by giving some good explanations. Again, I’m not saying Hunter Biden shouldn’t be brought up, it just shouldn’t be his singular focus.

What are you smoking? Everyone knows his policies. Americans first. That means protecting citizens and creating jobs. There isn't much more to cover other than maybe re-establishing his support for descheduling pot.

You think that, but there are people who don’t pay attention to politics and government everyday. He can reach some of those people by providing a bit of substance about what he is doing/will do when it comes to these various issues and how his policies will work better than Biden’s. I’m just saying, he shouldn’t spend his entire time on Hunter Biden.

This isn't 2016. He has 4 years of accomplishments to show what his policies are and how successful they are.

Yeah, and he should talk about those tonight. Talk about how things would be different if Biden were President. Again, my point is simply that he shouldn’t focus solely on Hunter Biden tonight. He needs to spend some time on his own policies and accomplishments, too. He should also let Biden trip himself up during Biden’s two minutes.

No need. Everyone in their right mind already knows he will. The media is already preparing everyone for it. "We expect him to talk about Biden's family business dealings." I've seen that multiple times this morning already.
