Yep, I changed my arrows 3 yrs ago for elk to high foc and have killed whitetail with them and never going back. Sounds like a gunshot when it hits their chest and I’ve not had one go more than 50 yds. Blood everywhere like a murder scene in the woods

Shot a hog yesterday, 23% FOC, 635 total arrow weight, samurai single bevel.

Broke both front shoulders, went less than 10 yards.

Daylight came earlier than I predicted, so I got in later than I wanted. Woods were tore up from the hurricane which made sneaking harder, but ended up with a few more for the freezer.

I ended up seeing a basket rack 6 and several does. It was a beautiful hunt. I have a camera at the stand. Pulling the SD card I had a bunch of pictures. The last dozen or so were two nice bucks fighting. If I had hunted Friday morning instead of Saturday I would have been able to witness nice deer fighting in my turnip and radish patch. I'll try it again this weekend. That is why they call it hunting and not killing!
