Did you enter one of their online drawings (i.e. for tickets or basketballs or jerseys, etc)? They will hound you if you do so. I have season tickets and they will still text or call me trying to get me to buy season tickets because of the drawing signup.

My rep’s name was David Stern, so that was kinda funny. Cool guy. He got promoted and our new rep wasn’t as cool but still an OK fella.

My rep still hasn't refunded me for last year. Refuses to email me the form to get the refund

I emailed my rep and told him I want the refund credited to this years tix. It was done that day.
