Looking for a recipe that’s a smoother puréed texture. Did a search of FDB cookbook and didn’t find anything. Thanks in advance!

Sautee onions and garlic, deglaze with white wine. Add diced sweet potato and chicken stock, fresh thyme, Salt, pepper, cayenne and a few dashes of hot sauce. While simmering, dice andoullie and cook in the oven @300 till crispy. Once potatoes fall apart, puree with an imersion blender. Add heavy cream to desired consistancy, then stir in your drained andoullie.obviously you can play more with the seasonings, but simple is better on this dish IMO.

use any squash or pumpkin soup recipe you like and substitute roasted sweet potatoes. You can purée them first and then build the soup if that’s easier
roast sweet potatoes & purée
brown the sausage
sauté aromatics and herbs
add stock, purée and whatever else you like
add sausage, simmer and serve
