I'm bag holding long on this one and don't understand the continued drop in price. I can average down but not sure that is a good idea to tie up $ more in this. Looking for any insight as well.

There is a good assessment on Seeking Alpha. Evidently Rocket is still on the hook for mortgages in forbearance.
