His ninth inning double in Game One of the Championship Series is the second greatest hit in LSU baseball history imo.

One of my favorites.

This would be a fun topic we should revisit one day.

I have a few important hits in mind, off the top of my head:

Eddy Furniss’ 8th inning home run to tie the game in an elimination game against Long Beach State in the 1997 regional.

Pat Garrity’s game winning RBI in the 1989 Regional championship game at A&M.

Armando Rios’ double to tie the Long Beach St in the bottom of the 9th in the 1993 CWS bracket final.
