Anyone have access to Moffit's training program

I used to have their summer workout schedule from 2011 but I was wondering if anyone had the updated version.

I don't have the most recent version, but I have a few of them. I can probably get access to some more recent ones.

You can still use it! I imagine it’s some variation of sprints and weighted carries up the incline. You could probably make something up and get pretty close.
