Hey man, I just bring the news that I have at my fingertips. But I will be sad to see the Bluffs HOA sign on 110 come down.

The real owner is a guy named Jerry Dodson, local attorney and heavy hitter. He was partners with Ken Carter. They sold (via owner financing I'm sure) the course to the HOA a year ago. Looks like the homeowners found out how hard it is to make the Bluffs go. Dodson has the anvil attached to his neck again. Its hard to feel sorry for a lawyer though.
