We're all a little hyper-reactive right now and that's ok

We all haven't been able to watch sports or really do anything over the past 4-5 months, so when we finally get to watch our team and we have the future face of the league on said team the general fan passion is going to be multiplied exponentially.

With that being said, the organization has made mistakes during this bubble stuff, and while I feel they really should have gotten in front of the Zion stuff, his minutes have been horribly managed, and if he's out of shape I wish he/the organization would sack up and admit it.

It's been tough SONS. I'm just trying to be rational, but I really felt we should have gone 1-1 over the first two. The Clips own us this year. Is what it is. Now we have to flush this shite and win out, which is not impossible.

I feel it's all fair.

Everything about this has been abysmal.

Honestly, the bright spot so far has been what? Or who?

The team that beat us on Thursday just got blown out earlier today and the team didn’t bother showing up today. It’s just an absolute mess.

A spotlight is getting shined on Zion and this team early about failing, and that's a good thing. It forces the organization to look itself in the mirror and hopefully continue to grow and get better.

I didnt get to watch much of this letdown but Jaxson looks improved. I just wish he could be ready next year but I know he'll need another season.

That's the thing. There's no shame in getting beat by a better team. But, when you barely even show up and look completely disinterested, that's a different deal entirely.

Many things have changed and transpired over the last few months but the product we have seen on the court for two games is the same product we saw before the break. Bad coaching (or none at all), turnovers, coddling Zion and not using his minutes wisely, can't clutch, etc.

It’s not hyper-reactive when it’s been the same song and dance since Gentry got here. Nothing but turnovers and inconsistencies no matter which group of players we have.

Yeah I agree it's time for Alvin to go. He's a great person, but a terrible coach.

Whether it's this off-season or next, he'll be gone. Just from an age perspective he doesn't fit the timeline of this team.

My hope is that Langdon vouches for Atkinson and pushes Griff to hire him. Fingers crossed.
