Which Litigation is this, W? Fauci's public statements as a Public Official are open to litigation/civil action? Hell, if that's the case...90% of the Dem Party are monetarily liable.

We'll see, Trump could use his vastly expanded EO powers to change libel laws

Lin Wood is also now representing the St. Louis McCloskeys, and one of the women white coat Frontline 14 doctors who was fired for participating in the press event from earlier in the week. He’s on a roll.

He’s suing WAPO and HUFFPO for defaming this lady, leading to her termination.
I’ve stopped listening to Fauci but if he made libelous statements about her (who is NOT a public figure) either in public, or to the hospital employing her, he is responsible. There’s no fricking immunity given to public figures, and only legislators have it for statements made while legislating.
Even if he didn’t - he’s still a witness upon whose statements these employers relied in making their determinations. So what he has to say is actually relevant.

Would love to see the little pixie destroyed ...

What did Fauci say about her?
He needs a good slapping down anyway. He got arrogant at times in the hearing.

Bad news for Fauch-dog, Lin Wood has been in the zone since 1997, hittin’ nothing but net. I would love to see Fauci fold without his support group to prop him up.

He was a complete dildo in that hearing. Arguing with Jordan about the relevance of a absolutely fair question. Only 3 acceptable ways to answer a question from a Congressman in those situations: address it to the best of your ability; announce that you don't have the answer to the question; assert some sort of privilege or Constitutional right/protection. NOT argue with a member as to whether a question should be answered or not based on opinion of relevance. Dude thinks he's the absolute top of the food chain.
And where were all the Dems who demanded that Barr remain silent and respect the institution of Congress by heeding to the committee members at all times? They played by different rules that day, as per usual.
