Grenell said yesterday on Levin that he left it that way so that two people could look it over before release.
I would imagine there would be a bit of pressure brought on Ratcliffe if it doesn't happen.

I think he did before he left and the new guy can release it if wanted.
Also, the other evening Trey Gowdy (I know a lot of frustration on him, but that's not the point) said on Fox that he's heard all of those conversations, and that if you listened to them you would be bored out of your skull because he said NOTHING illegal or wrong or anything that could any way be construed as nefarious or illegal (unless you are mentally ill).
