Funny you say that. I HATED him in college mainly because of the split title and then their perfect '04 season. Then the Saints got him and it took a while to warm up to him. The SB definitely helped. It was the same way with Ingram; I'm actually glad he's gone now.

Reggie is a good guy.
Met his family in South Bend for that ND/USC game.
Reggie's family was first rate. Took a good ribbing from us and gave as good as he got. (Pre-game). Post Game, he owned the taunting.

Man I’m die hard LSU but my senior year of high school in 05 we didn’t miss a USC game because everyone wanted to see what would Reggie do next he was our OJ Simpson minus killing someone

The Reggie bush years I never thought I would see the crumble of USC like it is now. I hope the same thing happens with Bama after Saban. Reggie bush was the most electrifying thing in college football at that time and was must see tv.

I agree it was a great time to be alive and also a great time to be a Tiger we had some great teams as well those year but Reggie was just on another level...I remember screaming when ESPN announced the Texans were taking Mario Williams #1 that Reggie was coming to New Orleans....it was like 2 am and my dad walked into my room and asked who in the frick is Reggie Bush??
