Win or lose, unless you are betting your life’s savings, the outcome will not change your life (unless you are Coach O or maybe J Burrow). So relax and enjoy and sleep well!

How do they players sleep? I’m sure they take some form of sleep aid.

Not saying you weren't but I was an athlete and I have much more anxiety as a fan. Never lost a minute of sleep. Now, I have to consistently level-set my expectations...

Not the same thing for players as it is for outside observers like us.

Yep. Always wanted to win but I didn't start to get anxious until an hour or two before kick. No problems sleeping the night before.

As a fan I get more nervous because I can't do shite about it if we lost.
