Yep, it's in good shape right now, green on 13 has a couple rough spots but overall the course is in great shape.

This Baton Rouge baw. BREC has created a golf market where everyone thinks golf should be cheap as hell, within a five minute drive and OK conditions are actually Primo.

Every major city or smaller city is the same way. Suburban areas are jam packed with decent golf courses for not a lot of money. The condition/cost ratio for golf in Louisiana actually sucks.

Right off, Birmingham comes to mind. They have decent to Amazing public golf and much of it is pricier than BR. Highlands is in middle of town and not an amazing course and it charges more than 90% of BREC courses. All RTJ courses are more than BREC.

You cannot have conditions if they revenue isn't there and you cannot have the revenue if there is too much supply. They can achieve revenue two ways: more rounds or higher priced rounds.

Even Hattiesburg, MS has better courses than metro BR.
