I sort of built up a little as well. I did about 210 or so yesterday and I'm going to rest tomorrow to get ready for Sunday. Good luck!

Only got to 300 yesterday. Started having some pain in my elbow. Feeling it again this morning.

I got my 350 in again today, but definitely feel it. Hoping it's just normal soreness.

I'm gonna try to do it but only doing them 6 days a week. I did one of these where I did 7 days a week, and a month straight of that many push-ups had my elbows and tendons wrecked.

Hoping taking a day off each week makes it more sustainable.

Today was surprising easy. I've been doing 350 a day, but I may push it to 400 so I can try to have a rest day because I have the same concerns you're having. I thought of that before I ever started.

Still having elbow pain. Don’t think I will get to 10,000 but gonna get as many as I can in.

I was thinking the same thing that a rest day might be good. Each day gets a bit tougher.

After three days, I’m at 1,050. So far, so good.

Not as easy today. Got 400 in and up 1450, but tweeted my right pec a little. Hopefully it's ok tomorrow. My take that rest day. We'll see.

How’s it going for everyone? I’m at 3400 so just a bit above pace. I took a day off on Sunday. The inside of my right shoulder is hurting a bit, but trying to power through it. I don’t do enough pushups during the day, then find myself having to do about 200 late at night.

My titty is still strained so I'm not gonna make it. Might try to get some work in next week.
