Just looking for a place in Dallas for a group of couples (4 couples) to have a dinner and drinks.

Needs a good cocktail list. Good beer would also be a plus, but not mandatory.

A few considerations at the moment, please feel free to add or express concerns

Definitely recommend Boulavardier.

Rapscallion fits your criteria as well.

Meddlesome Moth is fantastic, good small plate type of place.

I could eat my weight in their chicken skin chips.

The Henry is a solid, newer Uptown spot that fits the bill. Outstanding scenery there, too.

Go here and get the pig's head carnitas.

Or make reservations at the grape.

Saint Anne in Harwood district is good too.

I was just about to write about the pig's head. It is 100% percent worth it.

Javiers is a good spot too. The food is fine but the vibes are nice.

Gemma is my favorite restaurant but the last time I went was not impressed.

Other options:
Neighborhood services (American)
Sassetta (Italian)
Sprezza (Italian)
Jose (Mexican)
Las palmas (Mexican)
R+D kitchen (Asian and American)
Honor bar (American)

Rise for some wonderful savory souffles. Also have sweet ones for dessert.
