It is an AM radio station out of Bunkie, I think.

The first time I saw this was in a Mickey Joseph twitter post.
Then I saw Joe Brady do it.
I then noticed the @WRTS page has other schools as well as LSU.
Anyway, it has nothing to do with "Wide Receivers".
It is one of these phrases:
We Rule this State
or
We Run this State
or
We rule this shite
or
We Run this shite
The trademark applied for by the A&M jerk was for "We Run This State".

WRTS=We Run This State. It was started with Sumlin at Texas A&M. That was his dig at the Longhorns.
