He announced his announcement time today. Do we have a chance? Does Roy’s announcement make Milton want to join the party? Planned by destination school to minimize Roy’s momentum for LSU?

I doubt the two are related. Milton just finally decided and is ready to commit, has nothing to do with Roy. This is the dude I really wanted at LSU. Milton is a big, strong, fast and agile RB and has very good vision. He will be very tough to bring down with one man. Unfortunately doesn't look like he is going to LSU. No big deal though, LSU will get a very good back.

Geez, so many downvotes. I just didn’t know if there was a slight chance left and found it odd that he was ready to announce around the same time Roy committed.
