Its estimated that chini may have to cull up to 200 million pigs, and pigs eat....soybeans. So while our exports of this product have plummeted, it isnt just the tariffs.

YTD US farm exports world wide are down 7 billion, thats 7 billion, and chini steals 500 billion in IP, I think thats a pretty good tradeoff.

And for all the rhetoric about the farmers, if pelosi would get off her arse and bring USMCA to the floor for a vote it would be a boon for agriculture exports....but then she knows that...unfortunately for her...so do the farmers.

Soon IB will be here to exclaim about the great deal China is offering on slightly aromatic pork products that will cost a few cents more per pound because of nasty Trump tariffs.

With all the potential flooding possible in the city does anyone have a line on Chinese drywall?

Agreed we need to bring USMCA to the floor, but how much of our soybean crop never got planted due to all the Midwest floods?

A shitload of soy never got planted in Arkansas and the MS Delta. People planting in July and hoping for the best which is unheard of.
