I got the Hulu + Live package and added HBO. Worked just fine.

I downloaded the torrent, which somehow was able to start around 8:35 and finished at 8:45, and still had the entire episode on it, and put it on plex.
I can watch it on HBOGO but i heard it has lots of problems if you're trying to watch it during the live broadcast.

HBO Now works like a champ and you can skip ahead of the commercials for their other shows so you are a few minutes in the future compared to the folks watching on HBO.

actually just a FYI, but HBO now/go tend to post GOT up to 10 mins before it airs.
