It's real. My GF is friends with the sister of the dog-owner.
Out of sheer curiosity of what kind of person 'eliminates' a neighbor's dog and then brags about it on the OT I dug into his posts.
Easily tracked down his address and Facebook profile. He looks the part to a fricking T.
