While many companies complain about lost production time during March Madness, Buffet has embraced it. Has offered $ 1 Mil per year for the rest of your life to any employee that gets the Sweet 16 correct in the office pool.

Two 12 seeds & a 14 have won thus far.

Think anyone will collect ?

Its every year and no one has. The odds are like 1 in 10 quintillion. So no. No one will collect. Ever.

Whoops. My mistake. This only has to be sweet 16 so its 1 in 300 million. So no. No one will ever collect.

These are the odds of getting a random set of numbers correct, but I think you have a bit of a better chance when you consider seeding.

Is it just the sweet 16 correct or every pick up until the 16?

Bc I have some losses in my bracket but my entire sweet 16 is in play.

Has to be a perfect bracket to the Sweet 16. The odds to even do that are pretty strong.

Consolation is $ 100K to the employee that has the most wins.

Like the way he plays. He gets the value of his employees and programs like this build dedication.

I work for a Berkshire company. There were 3 people still left that were all eliminated when Oregon beat Wisconsin this afternoon. They will split $100,000. We have a website and someone posts updates and comments after each game on the number of entries still remaining. It’s really fun to keep up with, and the person doing the commentary is pretty funny.
