What is the easiest/cheapest way to get Netflix in a odd room that has a non-smart TV? Room has WiFi.

I have a roku and a fire stick, and honestly I like the roku better. It just works. I've had issues with the fire stick and HBO. That being said, I use the fire stick in my main entertainment center because of the compatibility and smart home benefits with my echo.
