I wouldnt recommend that excrcise. Could be right back to square one.

I don't think you even lift, bro.

Deadlifts are fantastic for building strength and stability. You just don't compromise your form. Shazier's back is completely locked into place and stable.

Good for him. His recovery has legitimately been inspiring.
