First group of migrants from Honduras arrived via bus in Tijuana..

It's nice of Mexico to usher them in buses to get them out of their country faster.
I thought, for someone to seek asylum, they have to request asylum at the point of entry of the first country they enter?

I can't imagine what these poor refugees must have went through. I just imagine myself, escaping the horrors of Honduras, to seek asylum in the USA....meanwhile clutching my Honduran flag and throwing rocks at US agents at the border.
If that doesn't scream "help me, i'm desperately trying to leave my country" i don't know what does.

Maybe we should do the same. Empty our jails and tell the inmates that if they are ever caught inside the USA again they will serve life in prison.
We could let them live out their lives in a Mexician utopia.
