We have to beat bama twice to win the ship. LIKE it or not. When we beat them in Nov, they will watch from home while we get our revenge on UF on ATL and enjoy their rest. Then we will play them on the semis or the title and dammit I hate that.

Hell, we could have to play the an NFL All-Star team in the playoffs, and I would still have a smile from ear to ear. Are you kidding me? LSU make the Final Four this year --- when most folks we wouldn't even end up in the Top-25??? Give me that right now...

LSU could go undefeated and still not get in the final four. The media and committee would never allow LSU to get in over Notre Dame.

Getting way ahead of ourselves Turkey but I do see your point. If it does in fact happen it more or less makes 8 teams a minimum. So I like the idea just wanna win this time twise

Let’s enjoy the moment. We in conversation and will be rewarded big for schedule if we win vs state. Chances are we won’t but I am honna enjoy contention. Especially when we thought n sept we’d be out of the race

And we owe them an arse beating too. In a way I’m kind of glad we lost to them last year so we don’t come out complacent after a big win.

That’s your take on the situation? The same was said for the other big wins. Alabama really hasn’t played anybody of note yet this year, so if LSU were to beat them, I guess the same will be said. Oh wait, never mind, that would never be said of the chosen ones.
