Has anyone been to the Asian grocery store located in or near the old Hancock Fabrics store?
Was wondering about the selection of sushi ingredients, compared to Vinh Phat.

Not nearly as good as Asian Market on Perkins

I went to that market and they only carry the basic sushi stuff such as rice, vinegar and nori. They don't have inari or any of the items you can put in the rolls. Thus far, they have 1 type of ginger. For a change I like the dark red slivers labeled as kizami shoga, which don't have sweetener and gives a strong ginger bite.
It's big, clean and worth checking out for other Asian stuff.

Vinh Phat is the best in town, and it's not close.
