FACT - he went 9-4 this season
FACT - he lost two as interim
Saying he will fail is purely speculation on your part
lol.
he has lost 4 games as a favorite.
he is a bad hc. nothing in this 4 loss season changed that.

Your negativity is starting to define who you are as a person Rick. I've managed to move on and come to peace with our schitty situation....and this is in no way an endorsement for Coach Gump. You're still regurgitating the same ol same ol from literally years ago.
You can't change the world or the stupidity level of people. So my question to you is why are you still bothering?

you bitched about a national title winning lsu coach for years, did your negativity define you?
come on brother don't be like peej and blame people for doing what you did you do for years.....
love ya bro
and for the record, once O stops being a bad hc I'll stop calling him one. I also don't just post about O either.

I'm personally intrigued by the successful transformation of Rickdaddy from Miles-lover to O-hater.

He wasn't my first choice but i was completely open to the idea when we hired O. I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt that he had learnd from him mistakes, but he's undone all of that optimism in the past 2 months. He's hiring people that wouldn't even be considered by any other SECW team, pretty much the first name that pops into his head.
We are gonna get absolutely raided next year in recruiting and that will be his fault entirely.
So, yes, of course, I want LSU to win 13 next year, but I'd also rather win 3 than 8 and get this shite over with.
Aranda is the smartest coach we've had since Saban, as a pure DC I think he's actually better. If we frick this up and let him get away, we deserve to fail, we deserve to go back to the hallman days, if we're actually that fricking stupid we have no right to even complain.

I will never understand "fans" hoping our team fails. Why would you want O to fail? Shouldn't you be hoping he exceeds expectations and does a fantastic job?
Do you not understand the concept of delaying the inevitable? Small, short-term, losses to acquire large, long-term gains.
No one WANTS to see LSU lose but when you know you're driving on a dead end street, do you keep driving down it or do you stop and turn around to try to make up ground and time?

Nobody said they hope LSU fails. Don't be a blind Orgeron sycophant. We're just trying to turn lemons into lemonade. If your AD hires a joke for an HC is the only real thing you can do. Real fans support LSU and not just the coach.
I'm not an O lover or hater. I don't think he was the best possible hire, nor do I think he's a bumbling idiot.
OP said having a "weaker" group of RBs was perfect because it could lead to O getting fired. How is that not hoping we fail? I do support LSU regardless of the coach, which is why I hope O does a great job because that means LSU is great.

the worst thing this program can do is to continue to employ an unqualified HC.

I'm glad you are such a brilliant prognosticator.

Because it's a fact, not an opinion, that Orgeron will never contend for titles.
No, it actually is an opinion until he's no longer our coach. People on this board act like Miles was incompetent and is a terrible coach yet he won a title and played for a 2nd. Not everyone is Saban.

it's easy when the subject is a 55 year old career dline coach that has never in his life proven he can run a successful side of the ball let alone a successful program.
He will never have an easier schedule than he had this year and this year he lost 4 games including 2 historic losses.
if he cant lose less than 4 games in a season where we played 1 p5 program with less than 4 losses, then he will never come close to challenging for a title.

it's not a fact. it's an opinion.
it's an opinion I agree with 100%

Miles established a pattern of incompetency.
CEO hasn't been here long enough to completely condemn him....although I'd still like to fire him now.
Im not blaming you or anyone...I'm saying you're not going to change minds....and that is a fact.
