I have a two year old home that has a few engineered wood planks starting to come up at the seams. It's almost like the top layer is separating from the base. Can individual planks be changed or is there any type of glue to hold it in place?

You can change them out. Problem is finding planks to match.

The builder left a box in the attic so I do have spares.

Sounds like moisture and or termite problems. Is it near a wall?

No it's in the middle of the home and in kitchen. The planks by the sink and dishwasher are in good shape so I don't think it's moisture or termites.

They don't just delaminate on their own. Use a moisture meter, and or remove the affected planks to determine what is going on below to cause it.
