Time line with the Atlantic/Hill reporter and Antifa Professor

Remember this from earlier? Guy was bragging about it.
Now we have the Daily Beast and Atlantic reporter at the time of the death reporting from on the scene.

Chased by an ANTIFA guy with a gun.... Police stated to the reporter he was scared.
Just want to know when this guy is going to be made a part of the case.

Which is why I am confused they upgraded to first. The video we've already seen of people hitting his car and now this guy's facebook post should be quite helpful in presenting how scared he was to a jury. Unless the FBI has communications of him saying he was going to do it or preplanned, it's confusing why they would upgrade this charge. They've also charged him with a laundry list of other felonies but if he walks on this one, he should walk on the rest.

He will walk on first degree murder charges. You have to be very careful when you overcharge someone.

Leftists screw up with overcharging in race cases over and over because they do not mind if the person is acquitted because it creates more outrage fodder.

They aren't really screwing up in theri minds - this is what they want - if the perp gets convicted it means the system is working.
They want to show that the system isn't working - that racist murderers get off 'all the time' so they can continue to stir the emotions of the ignorant and provide fodder for their allies in the MSM.
