What should my intake be on:
Carbs
Fat
Protein

Right now I have it set @ 30% carbs, 50% protein, and 20% fats.
I want to drop approx. 35 lbs so I’m taking in 1500 calories with this setting. Am I on the right track?

You need to take a week or two of what you’re currrntkj eating into MFP. That way we know if your metabolism is shot or if your truly overeating your caloric intake.

1500 Cal’s/day is extremely low so either way I would not recommend you start there, you’ll be setting yourself up for failure.

I use Avatar Nutrition to get those numbers. The best $10 I spend each month.

205 lbs is my current weight. I would like to get down to 165-170 lbs but it will take some hard work. I don’t want to lose any muscle just unwanted fat so I thought I would need to keep protein intake up a bit. Any help would be appreciated.

Also I plan on hitting the gym once I lose 15-20 lbs. How much cardio and how often should I go?

It really is crazy how good it is. I'm on moderate fat loss atm and I should lose between 1.8 - 2.3 lbs/wk. Tomorrow morning is weigh in and I lost 2.1 averaged out this week.

Leangains Macro Calculator

the above is a link to the LeanGains calculator.

plug your weight in and follow the macros. Follow the directions as far as adjusting as needed.

Also you should start lifting and follow the lifting plan in it.
