Suddenly I don't feel bad about cutting my run a little short.
Or is this trashy

You there to work out or watch TV? Focus or go home.

You're learning the wrong lesson.
And, trashy.

Anything worth doing is with doing right. Don't half arse it watching shite reality TV, free up that treadmill for someone who wants to be there.

You'll be 600 pounds before you know it with that attitude.

It is either that or watch sports nerds on ESPN.

I prefer the news because I'm not really paying attention to the television but catch the occasional headline

Low self esteem by the SO. Or the fatty used to not be fat

I think the show can be a wake up call and a motivation. Fitness can be achieved at any weight.
It seems unreal that people weigh over 600 lbs but I don't believe that this is done on purpose with a healthy mind. This man, James, has lost weight since the show was filmed. Sometimes fear is the greatest motivator but eating 10,000 calories is certainly abnormal. The brain is the greatest creation. Sometimes it is hard to understand the pain that goes along with trying to find comfort in an addiction.
