Reminds me of a potential up and rising young Phil Jackson. I wonder what he knows about the Triangle?

Daily Method of Operation...Looks like we will be in good hands for awhile. This was a very good article and insight to the person who can bring LSU back to where we should have always been. Competitive and consistent. Havoc on defense and we will run an actual offense. I just keep thinking about the weave we started toward the end of the season and my thoughts were, just a few years too late but at least you tried to do something different. I'm all in!

I like the hire as well. As long as he gets support from those with influence around LSU and LA, and he can recruit I think he will be successful at LSU.

LSU hasn't had a good X & O guy that could recruit since Brady. I think this kid has the potential to be more consistent than Brady though with his methodology and work ethic.

Loved reading this:
“We all have schedules now that we get on Sundays, so nobody can have an excuse,” Alie-Cox says, adding that different players adjusted at different speeds. “We didn’t have a lot of real organization like that under Coach Smart. [Wade] is holding us more accountable, being more punctual, stuff like that.”

Also, no clue at all what this means, but I think I like it:
"A new area of focus spurred by Wade involves enhanced biometric screening of players, or obsessively monitoring health data points. This allows the coaches to improve conditioning and better understand how hard a player is pushing himself. In practice, coaches track a player’s every movement with GPS, using an accelerometer-based metric for body load and following heart rates to see who’s working the hardest and who might need to pick things up."

The football team has been doing this for a while now.

If you watched that video of Antonio Blakeney during his recruitment, all that sounds right up his alley.

yeah didn't know quite what to think of this one when he emerged as the front runner sunday, but after reading this and a few other things I'm really liking it. He checks the boxes of what I wanted going in....young, energetic, seems to be more new school, recruiting ability. Obviously doesn't have a lot of skins on the wall yet but established coaches aren't easy to pull especially for a total rebuild.
