Joe Alleva as 'The Search' must be fired now

I know this is Germans but others like me might be reading this for the first time. This makes me sick to my stomach. He should be fired and should not be involved in any more hiring decisions for our university. I will support Coach O now but we should have had a firm involved in this search and not just this amateur. LOL "The Search"

He did hire David Cutcliffe, so I guess he learned from his mistakes?
