...have been greatly exaggerated.

Miles has weathered more than his fair share of storms at LSU... some 'storms' are of his own making.

He has kept his team intact despite numerous persons insisting annually 'this year' he has lost his team and the locker room. Nearly without exception, his players never throw him under the bus and vice versa... He, mostly, never acts the fool on the sideline... Yes I have seen him finger his ear and eat grass but he has not gone nuclear ala petrino, bielema and many others.

Like the rest of you, I'm in a wait-and-see mode in regard to the Texas Bowl, staff changes and the newest recruiting class. In the meantime, I'll support Miles and Geaux Tigers.

We love LSU football way more than any individual. We have no control over who coaches our Tigers. Miles has zero accountability, as long as he recruits enough talent to win 9 games each year, with an occasional 8 thrown in. As such, we support the Tigers, and Miles is the coach that we need to do good so that our Tigers are supported.

Has he ever won just 9? It looks likely this year if we win the bowl only because of the weather, but I'm pretty sure you meant to say 10 games each year with a couple of 8's thrown in.

Edit: sorry, forgot about 09. Still think 10 is a better number to represent his average wins (10.18).

I would argue that the reports of him changing anything have been greatly exaggerated.

I know the past several weeks have been a shitshow, but still....they have taught us that this couldn't be farther from the truth.

When Miles decides to:
- recruit a class that will fill needs with RSFR and Sophmores rather than true freshman.
2) hire coaches that benefit LSU and not his friends
3) hold his coaches and himself accountable before the wheels completely fall off at a position or side of the ball
4) our leadership at LSU handles big decisions like professionals
5) miles recruits and develops QB's

I'll stop bashing Miles

I don't know why the focus is on total wins. Let's talk about how good he does in his league, against the teams we compete for a championship every year. I understand, most years we play at 3 cupcakes and one power 5 opponent OOC.

When you take that in consideration, Miles has averaged 5.5 wins a year in conference. During his first 7 years, he averaged 5.85 wins per year (which included the 3 win season of 2008). 5-3 isn't getting the job done in the SEC West.

OK, let's. There's only 1 team with a better SEC record than LSU over the last 4 years.

He has said multiple times the problem on offense is execution. He will not admit he is the problem.

Lets not ignore the fact that he has a losing record to Ole Miss, Arkansas and Alabama the last 3 years and is 2-7 against those 3 SEC west teams. He is 7-2 against the other 3 SEC teams in the same time, so there's that.

UGA and Bama have better records and that's just off the top of my head.

He has a winning record over his 11-year career against every team in the West except for Alabama and he started out 5-2 against them. Let's not ignore those facts either.
