Coming in from New Orleans Saturday morning. Me and some buddies are Clemson fans coming to check out Death Valley. Probably get in town around 10:00.

Any advice on where to park and where to go for the most LSU-esque experience would be appreciated.

Also, the best route to take in from New Orleans.

-Sean

Going to be a packed campus for the Auburn game. I'd suggest head down Aster and park in the lot on there. LSUSports.net has a parking map to better help you. Here ya go LSU Parking Map

Parking

Easy way - get off Siegen lane head south and it will turn into Burbank after you cross Highland Just stay on Burbank to the end and they will park you somewhere. If you get here early enough.

Enjoy Death Valley

With a 230 game leave early, traffic will suck getting to game.

10 is cutting it close on parking for a big 2:30 game.

From New Orleans take I-10 and get off at 30 in Gonzales. Take 30 which becomes Nicholson to Gardere at the casino. Turn towards the casino and take river road up and park in the levee lot.

10am is too late. You need to be on campus no later than 8am. I will be out there for day light.

My advice is to get to campus way earlier than 10. It will be a madhouse. Especially if we both win this weekend.

Park at a frat house lot and then walk down Dalrymple drive all the way to the stadium to see a bit of everything.

Would not suggest this route at all. Gonna want to stay on roads with multiple lanes. That means Burbank or I-10 to the Acadian or Dalrymple exits.

10am being too late for 2:30 big game is no exaggeration. By the time you fight traffic, find a place to park, then walk, it will be gametime.

I have a parking pass in the parking garage just off Highland behind the
Barnes & Noble book store. Will take $50 for it.

Sean, every lot east of highland road right around that parking garage is free if you don't want to pay $50.
